Letters, 1835-1904.

Photocopy of a microfilm copy of handwritten and signed letters. Most of these items are dated from 1835 to 1848, were written by Isaac Rogerson in New York City, and were sent to Lester T. Rogerson in Connecticut. Some were written when Isaac was in Oregon. Isaac writes about his life and business activities. In the letters written in the late 1840s, it is obvious that Isaac had joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Also included is a poem written by Lester T. Rogerson in 1904 and dedicated to John Rogerson who was executed by Mary Tudor in England.
